Amazing service!

I called ahead of my intended visit to the dealership. I spoke with Michele and set up a meeting that same day. Michele and I had an instant rapport. She understood the circumstances under which I was purchasing a replacement vehicle. I also asked that she not call me on a continual basis (as is generally the case after a visit to a dealership) as I needed time to consider my next steps. The dealership happened to have a 2019 KIA Soul which had initially been a rental vehicle. Although I had planned to purchase new, it had low mileage and fit the bill. I was not pressured during the sales process and Michele helped guide me toward making a sound decision.
